The People & Programs Endowment Fund:

Expands student access through the flexible tuition model which allows for tuition to be set on an individual basis for each family.
Honors & supports teachers to support robust compensation and wellness packages that attract and retain exceptional faculty, keep them healthy and housed, and offer continuing education and development opportunities that reflect our philosophy and values.
Ensures that Field Studies, Creativity Workshop, and Community Action are accessible to all our students, and will help this invaluable element of our curriculum thrive for years to come.
